Consulting is a big part of what we do. We have the skills and expertise to conduct full facility audits where we measure organizations compliance to applicable regulations, standards, guidelines and “best practice. Once an audit is completed, we work with the customer to develop a strategic plan in order to become compliant. We will then work with you to develop short term and long term plans for remediation based on risk assessments and legal compliance.
We also work with organizations to help them develop user friendly health and safety programs. This includes writing policies and procedures that are specific to the needs of the customer. Once these are approved, we can also put together a presentation to all workers explaining their program to them. This also includes updates as required by law and an annual review of the program to ensure it is achieving the goals and objectives.
